3 problems

We have 3 problems with firefox converter:

1) We have a toolbar with 5 layouts. in every layout there is a button with a launch script command. When the toolbar loads, the button of the layout selected works as expected but if you change the layout, the button does nothing.

2) Do we need to specify the encoding especifically for firefox toolbar? we say this because we have a combo with values of spanish states like Cáceres, etc. Well, we get the value selected in javascript an redirect to a search page. In IE works well but in Firefox seems that there is a problem with the encoding.

3) The non-editable combos are writing a white square at the left of the value and a white horizontal rectangle to the right. When you highlight a value by hover it with the mouse, the square and the rectangle are showing and it's very ugly. Is there any whay to hide them?
