Hi,

i see that the toolbar generated with toolbarstudio et really big on firefox! the high is approximately the double of the high of IE. is this normal ?

We cannot reproduce this.

Which ToolbarStudio version do you use ?

the last 4.0.2.21, what can't you reproduce? the size problem or the same toolbar as internet explorer ?

This is a very old version, published 1 year ago.

You should better Upgrade your License.

i updated with the webupdater to the verison 4.1.0.10 but now i can't install any toolbar on my firefox " could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 3.0.4."
what's the problem?!!

otherwise i tested with the converter and it work, but this is really not useful !!!!!

Which Firefox version you are using now? Old converters don't support Firefox 3.0.

The converter for Firefox 3.0 comes with a new License.

i"m using the version 3.04, but as far as i know the problem is exactly the same with firefox under Mac ( that's the only FF 2 i have )

We don't use Mac, but on XP/Vista the toolbar is normal.

well i took a screen shot of what is going wrong for the toolbar


you can see all the problems :
- the adjustment of the content for a search combo box,
- the local stub is not working
- and the height of the toolbar

i made a test making a new toolbar but problem is the same ![/img]

Our converter was developed to be used on Windows OS mainly.

Anyway, it is possible to find a solution for Mac platform at additional cost.

what i show you is on windows !!
i just try it on a fresh installation on a new workstation and problem is the same ! so i guess i'm not the one who have a problem !!

We don't have such a problem.

Please, send your .xpi to support@besttoolbars.net and let us know which license/converter do you use.
