I just tried adding an RSS feed to the toolbar I'm working on and it's not showing up on the toolbar preview at all - in previous versions of Toolbar Studio I could do this. I'm running v. 4.2.0.3, and I actually just installed this version today.

I'm attaching a few screenshots to show what happens. Basically, I add the RSS into the bar, and I get the normal dialog box, and that's it, nothing shows up on the bar, just a blank space where it's supposed to go, and in the Attributes area, one of the options is grayed out.

Here's where the RSS should be on the toolbar:

here's what the Attributes panel looks like (with "Related Command" option not available):

Yes, RSS feed shows after installing in IE browser.

Please, note , not all dynamic features can be shown properly in ToolbarStudio like Custom Javascript, Dynamic XML, RSS,etc.

ok, I see my RSS button on the toolbar in IE, but it's not working - it doesn't link to any RSS pages, or show the three channels I added. I'm not getting any sort of error, the RSS button is just that - a button. I can click it, but it does nothing.

I installed this on IE7. How will this work on Firefox?

Further note: I installed the toolbar on my IE, and with RSS not working, the entire browser (and Toolbar Studio) are flickering, like it's trying to resolve something but can't, so the program blinks (the entire program window blinks on and off). As I'm typing this, I see it's going so far as affecting my desktop.

Thank you, we'll look into this as soon as possible. Due to some changes it could stop working.

As for RSS in Firefox - it is not a part of standard platform, but can be developed at additional cost.

See the list of all features supported for IE/FF by default at :
