Hello,

I found a couple of problems when I'm installing the toolbar on Windows XP with IE8. It seems that the toolbar appears shrink-ed/collapsed (or only an arrow) and I have to manually set the position of it in order to see it.

I tried to put in my configuration file the <POSITION> tag but without any good result.
In some other cases, the toolbar is installed but it is disabled by default and the user must enable by hand.

I'm using WinXP and TSv.4.2.0.5.

Please tell me how can I fix this problem.

Thank you

Hi, did you manage to get further information about that bug ? Is the description explicit enough ? Do you need additional information from our side ?
