DNSCATCH not works in IE8 if ICQ toolbar installed?

Hi, Now I'm using the developer version of toolbar Studio and trying to use DNSCATCH. I've changed the settings to my pages in Settings->Toolbar-browser Interaction page, and did everything as described in help.

The problem is that if I have ICQ toolbar installed before my toolbar installation in IE8 the DNSCATCH is not working. DNS Catcher URL does not change from ICQ page (start.icq.com) to my. It's still ICQ's catcher pages. Also the same problem with Autosearch URL.

When I uninstall the ICQ toolbar the problem disappears.

Is there any solution for this problem?

Different toolbar applications may have some conflicts with each other.
