Banner and bubble show "[cannot show]why?" in prot

Hello.

I added a toolbar Banner and a Bubble, in most of their profile, did not have problems. But in a few cases, Banner or Bubble in the page is displayed as "[cannot show] why?", Click "why? " will show http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Bb250462.aspx

OS: Windows 7 64 bit
IE: IE 8.0.7600.16385

This happens because you are in Protected Mode that can block pop-up windows like bubbles, banners

So, in protected mode, this error can not be avoided? Why some site in banner will appear Cannot show, some do not?

As you can see from the article, you should have Admin rights

Even we are facing the same issue, please help us in resolving this.

Version of the toolbar we are using is V4.2.0.23.

I'm having this same issue - Is there a fix for this? I cannot control my end user's environment/security settings but need to display bubbles with html from our server. I'm using Windows 7 default security settings and seeing the 'Cannot Show [Why Not?]' text in all bubbles except my weather bubble. Is there a workaround? Thanks!
