Add drop-down menu to button in IE panel

Hi,

I am trying to add a drop-down menu to the button added to the IE panel?

This is the button added by doing in TBS: Toolbar > Settings > Toolbar Options > Use an icon for Standard Buttons IE panel

That would be really really convenient in situations where the toolbar is not constantly visible or just if some key commands would be better in a submenu of that button.
