Is there an easy way to pop up and simple license agreement that the user would have to click yes/no to continue the install of the toolbar?

You can add license aggreement when making .exe installer in ToolbarStudio. Just choose that checkbox "Add license agreement" in a dialog window appeared.

Hmm, I'm not seeing that option in TBS. Mad I am using version 4.0.1.2. I did a webupdate and that is the latest that was installed.

This option was always there.
