Build toolbar.dll dynamically

It would be great if the dll-files would be created dynamically when saving the toolbar and if they would then just contain what is needed.

I came up with this idea because some spyware-blocker was complaining about some functions within the dll, although the toolbar does not need those functions (see General Questions Forum). This would then also reduce the size of the toolbar.

I have no idea if this is technically possible at all, but this would be really cool.
