I use mozilla_ie_toolbar_converter.zip (27.06.2008)
Options.html don't work on FF3.

All check boxes are unchecked and their states aren't saved at all.

Sounds like the issue I've logged in the past(that did get resolved):

javman01,

He's talking about FF3...your post is from last Oct, long before FF3 was released. There appear to be a number of major issues with FF3 compatibility and we can only assume that Admin is working on it.

Maybe so, but the issue itself is still the same as it was last Oct, long before FF3 was released.

BTW....I can verify that I am also running into this issue (just moments ago), which is why I came here. As you can imagine, this will cause a delay in my release, which I was hoping for this weekend.

Is there any way to know what might be causing it ? There is nothing fancy going on in my Toolbar. Just search options and dropdown buttons with links.

I am using a customized HTML page, but the 'actionable' code has not changed. I will try the default options.html page.

more soon.

Once again, I'm running into this issue. After creating a general options.html file and creating an IE version, then a FF version (using the latest mozilla converter).......Both ended the same way.

Yes, both the IE and FF. When going into the options panel for the first time, both versions uncheck ALL the checkboxes in the options.html file when clicking anythig !!.

I really don't understand. Don't want to understand. I just want it to work.....but it does not.

To say I'm dissapointed would be minimizing how I'm really feeling. I'm honestly surprised that I don't see more of this.

Needless to say, I'll be sending this in.

TB Studio: 4.1.0.27
tb_conv : 7/25/08

I really hope I'm at fault (whether install/environment/user error).

Some features that worked fine under Firefox 2.0 may not work properly under FF 3.0

For Firefox 3.0 support please contact support@besttoolbars.net

I sent the files to Support.

I did a fresh IE7 install, That seemed to work fine. Previous unsuccessful installs were on IE8 (beta 1&2)

For Firefox 3.0.1 I'm still seeing unexpected behavior. This was on a completely clean FF3.0.1 install.
