Toolbars won't be installed after updating Firefox 3

I used the new Mozilla/Firefox converter and the Toolbars worked fine in Firefox 3.

But now Firefox released an update and after installing it the toolbars won't be installed. Firefox says that the toolbar cannot be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 3.0.1

This seems to be a version range problem again. When I change install.rdf manually to maxVersion 3.0.1 (or 3.0.* or 3.*) it works
