include_xml on the firefox

I am using include_xml for a piece of the toolbar stored on the server on firefox. This xml file is also shared with the IE. All this piece works fine with no issues.

The problem is inside the included include_xml file, I include another include_xml that references a different piece of the toolbar. This piece is also common between the toolbars but for the sake of modularity I took it out. On IE this works great. On FF the second embedded include_xml does not function.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know how to correct this?
