My Toolbar Studio is not installing. When i make the installer, and open the html file called Install, it does the entire process of installation, but it doesn't open a new page with the toolbar installed. What is wrong? Could it be a problem that i have a unregister version?

If you mean Web/ActiveX installer, then your .cab should be signed.
