i have finished the toolbar correctly but i work only with IE not firefox
i read all instruction off convertor but it don t work

Please, use Tools->Make Firefox Installer option in ToolbarStudio
And note you need to have secure https URLs in Toolbar->Settings->Update tab |

yes i did but it desplay this before it complete

If you don't use Update feature, you won't get an additional update.xml. That is why you are getting this message.
Just open/install the .xpi created |
