I have a Developer license for ToolbarStudio so I can make sure that this tool will work for me and my company before I submit the Purchase Order to get the full license. I have it working very, very well in Internet Explorer. But when I install it in Firefox, I get a blank toolbar.

My toolbar is completely dynamic. It has one element in the studio "INCLUDE_XML".

Is this supposed to work in Firefox? According to the page on your site, the Developer edition has "Full functionality of Besttoolbars platform" and that platform includes the "Ability to build Internet Explorer & FireFox toolbars". Is there something i am doing wrong?

It is important that our internal corporate users be able to test this in Firefox before I tell the CEO that this works and we should go ahead and purchase the full standard license.

BTW: The Standard license includes up to 10,000 toolbar installations - which should do us just fine for a while, but eventually (and hopefully) this will be successful enough to require more. Who do I contact about a license upgrade when/if the time comes?

Thank you for your interest in our software.

As for Include XML problem in Firefox, please check if you have an id attribute inside this tag like <INCLUDE_XML id="tbs_include_xml_027148" etc. (go Tools->edit basis.xml)
If so, please, send us your .cab created to support@besttoolbars.net , we'll investigate it.

Our sales managers will contact you on License Upgrade questions.

Yes, the include xml tag does have an id attribute. I am sending the cab file to support as instructed. Thank you.
