Widget/Gadget Plugin

This plugin adds a button on toolbar. When clicking the button a drop-down Flash window will appear attached
You can drag it with a mouse. The window contains 3 buttons: to minimize , to close and 'always on top/desktop' mode.
This mode allows keeping widget always on top over all windows or just on desktop only.
